Naqvi departs for Sri Lanka to watch Pakistan–India T20 World Cup clash

Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board, Mohsin Naqvi, has departed for Sri Lanka to witness the much-anticipated Pakistan–India clash in the T20 World Cup.
According to details, the PCB chairman is also expected to meet members of the national squad as well as heads of various cricket boards during his visit.
Sources say that Bangladesh Cricket Board President Aminul Islam, along with other members of the Asian Cricket Council, are also expected to arrive in Colombo.
Reports further suggest that senior officials from the International Cricket Council are likely to be present in Colombo for the high-profile fixture.
Pakistan and India are set to face each other on Sunday, 15 February, with the match scheduled to begin at 6:30pm Pakistan time
Meanwhile, Sri Lanka’s Meteorological Department has forecast light to heavy rainfall in Colombo over the next two to three days, potentially impacting match conditions.
