In yet another good news for Pakistan from the sports arena, Sabeel Sohail has won a gold medal at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championship in Sun City, South Africa.

Competing in the 47kg Classic Bench Press category, Sabeel delivered an exceptional performance, outperforming her competitors and securing the top position.

Adding to Pakistan’s success, Veronika Sohail, another talented powerlifter from the country, earned a bronze medal in the 52kg category.

In this category, the gold was claimed by an athlete from England, while India took home the silver.
