Pakistani shooters win 11 medals including 3 gold at int'l championship in UK

Pakistani shooters secured an impressive haul of eleven medals, including three gold, at the European Long Range Shooting Championship held at the legendary Bisley Ranges in the United Kingdom (UK).

The event, which attracted around 160 world-class marksmen from 18 countries, saw Pakistan emerge as a dominant force, with its shooters claiming three gold, four silver, and four bronze medals.

Among the gold medal winners were Junaid Khattak and Ahmed Javed, who excelled in the FTR category, while the Pakistani team also bagged several individual medals. 

The team's outstanding performance was further highlighted by its prominence among the top individual shooters, with Pakistan securing three positions in the overall top 10 of the championship.

A squad of 18 skilled marksmen represented Pakistan during the championship.

Despite facing various challenges, the shooters demonstrated exceptional professional skills, making the nation proud with their remarkable achievements.
