Paralympic medalist Haider Ali has also sought same level of recognition and support given to javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem.

In a conversation with Geo News, Haider Ali stated that the Paralympics is considered as a significant event as the Olympics in the world.

He expressed his hope, desire, and request for the same support that was extended to Arshad Nadeem. He emphasized that when athletes are supported, it encourages new talent as well.

Haider Ali added that if he receives support, it will give him the motivation to turn his bronze medal into gold next time.

It's worth noting that Haider Ali won a bronze medal in the discus throw for Pakistan at the Paris Paralympics.

Throughout his career, Haider Ali has won four Paralympic medals for Pakistan, including a gold in discus throw at the Tokyo Paralympics. He also won a silver medal in long jump in 2008 and a bronze in 2016.

After winning bronze in Paris, Haider Ali is set to return to Pakistan on September 10, arriving in Islamabad at 7:40 AM.
