PSL 10: Exhibition match teams finalised for Arbab Niaz Stadium

Peshawar is set to host an exhibition match between Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators at Arbab Niaz Stadium on April 8, 2025, marking a key step in the revival of top-tier cricket in the region.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has organized the match as part of its efforts to engage local fans and build momentum ahead of the 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL 10), which begins on April 11.

Peshawar Zalmi owner Javed Afridi has been a strong advocate for hosting PSL matches in Peshawar and previously urged PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi to consider Arbab Niaz Stadium as a PSL venue.

The main PSL 10 tournament will feature 34 matches across Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi, and Multan from April 11 to May 18.

Defending champions Islamabad United will face Lahore Qalandars in the opening match.

The squads for the exhibition match will include top players from both Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators, with official team lineups expected to be announced soon.
