The 29-year-old batter won his 45th match as skipper in the short-format game, which is the most by any captain, during the second match at the Clontarf Cricket Club in Dublin on Sunday.

Apart from this, former T20 skipper Shaheen Shah Afridi has accomplished the record of bagging 300 wickets after dismissing three players in Friday’s match.
Shaheen Afridi had played 145 matches, of which he sent 113 and 104 players to the pavilion in the Test and ODI, respectively, while he dismissed 84 players in the T20I.
Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Mohsin Naqvi congratulated both players for their achievements in a meeting after Friday’s match.
