Four Israeli soldiers killed in Gaza clashes with Hamas

Tel Aviv: Four more Israeli soldiers have been killed in clashes in Gaza.

According to Israeli media, four Israeli soldiers lost their lives, and six others were injured during fighting with Hamas in Gaza.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed the casualties, stating that the soldiers were targeted by explosive devices deployed by Hamas.

Additionally, the exchange of gunfire resulted in both fatalities and injuries among the troops.

Israeli media reported that the deceased soldiers were aged between 19 and 37, while the condition of two injured soldiers is critical.

Earlier, four reserve soldiers from Israel lost their lives in southern Lebanon, as reported by the military.

According to a military statement, the fatalities occurred during an "operational accident" on Sunday while the soldiers were engaged in a search for Hezbollah weaponry in the region.

The soldiers were identified as members of the 226th Reserve Paratroopers Brigade, specifically from the 9263rd Battalion.
