Over 2 crore worshippers visited Masjid-e-Nabawi in twenty days of Ramadan

Over 20 million worshippers visited the Holy Prophet's Mosque, Masjid-e-Nabawi (PBUH), in Madina al-Munawara in the first twenty days of Ramadan, according to Haramin Sharifain authorities.
The General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque said more than 1.6 million pilgrims paid respect at Roza-e-Rasool (PBUH) in the first and second Ashra of the fasting month.
As many as 358,632 men and 296,595 women offered Nawafil prayers at Riaz-ul-Jannah in Masjid an-Nabawi (PBUH).
The administration said that the corridors, basement, roof, third extension, side streets, corridors of commercial centers and hotels were filled with worshipers on the night of the 27th Ramadan.
Over 400,000 bottles of Zamzam were distributed among the visitors at the holy mosque and more than 600,000 iftar meals were distributed to the pilgrims during the first twenty days of the sacred month.
