A Palestinian man expressed his anger at the silence of Muslims and Arabs during the Israeli genocide of Palestinians, stating that north Gaza is experiencing complete devastation.
Eye on Palestine shared the video of the man on Instagram, who said, “Only five or six people survived” among the victims of an attack that targeted a five-story building in Beit Lahiya, which housed hundreds of displaced Palestinians.
“Where are the Muslims? Where are the Arabs? Where’s the world?” he asked helplessly, as innocent civilians continue to suffer the consequences of Israeli propaganda that labels victims as Hamas fighters after every strike on humanitarian zones.
“The entire north Gaza region is devastated,” the Palestinian man said, adding that there is no food and that the Kamal Adwan Hospital, the only functioning medical facility in the north, has nearly ceased operations.
He further noted that Israeli quadcopters were hovering over ambulances in the Beit Lahiya cemetery, and “no one was allowed to pass, approach, or move.”
“We in north Gaza are calling upon Muslims, if they still possess an ounce of dignity and still fear Allah,” he said, adding that God is watching over those Muslim brethren who remain silent in the face of the genocide of innocent Palestinians.
The Israeli army bombed a five-storey residential building in Beit Lahiya on Tuesday morning, killing at least 93 Palestinians, while over 40 others are missing or feared trapped under the rubble, according to Gaza government media office.
A video circulating on social media showed the bodies of victims covered in blankets on the ground.
Al Jazeera reported that several wounded victims arrived at Kamal Adwan Hospital, which had ceased functioning due to the Israeli siege, and there were no medical staff available to provide treatment.
In a 24-day siege that created apocalyptic conditions in north Gaza, the Israeli army killed over 1,000 civilians through relentless bombings targeting hospitals, school shelters, and residential areas.
Israel claimed its forces had “eliminated 40 terrorists” in Jabalia but provided no substantial evidence and continues indiscriminate targeting of civilians in pursuit of Hamas fighters.
Videos and pictures of horrific violence cotinue to surface on social media from Jabalia, Beit Lahiya and Beit Hanoun, amid a communications blackout in the northern regions of Gaza due to relentless Israeli military offensive.
The overall Palestinian death toll since the beginning of Israel’s war on Gaza has reached at least 43,824 with more than 100,833 wounded. Thousands more remain trapped under the rubble of destroyed buildings.
