In a heart wrenching video, a Palestinian father was seen helplessly crying over the decapitated body of her daughter who was killed during an Israeli military offensive in Gaza.

The deceased girl was playing outside her home at Al Maghazi Refugee Camp in central Gaza when an Israeli airstrike hit her.

A video circulating on social media showed the father profusely crying over the dead body of her daughter, placed on the floor of a hospital, covered in a coffin.

“Where is her head, Please get the head so I can see it,” he screamed besides the body of her daughter.

“You have tested me with the one who dearest to me, Oh Lord,” he could be heard saying in the video.

In an interview with Al Jazeera, Save the Children’s Rachael Cummings spoke about the severe trauma Palestinian children are enduring as they witness and are affected by daily bombings, injuries, and horrific deaths.

“Children in Gaza witness things that no child should ever see,” she said.

Gaza Health Ministry's report revealed that the ongoing genocide in Gaza has claimed the lives of 710 babies under the age of one, 1,793 toddlers (1–3 years old), 1,205 preschoolers (4–5 years old), 4,205 primary school children (6–12 years old), and 3,442 high school children (13–17 years old).

The overall Palestinian death toll since the beginning of Israel’s war on Gaza has reached at least 44,758 with more than 105,454 wounded. Thousands more remain trapped under the rubble of destroyed buildings.
