Imran, Bushra Bibi meet in Adiala Jail for 30 minutes

Former prime minister and PTI founder Imran Khan met with his wife Bushra Bibi in Adiala Jail on Tuesday, media reports said, citing prison sources.

According to the reports, the meeting between the couple lasted around 30 minutes and took place in the jail’s conference room. During the meeting, the two discussed health-related matters and ongoing legal issues.

Later, Bushra Bibi was also allowed to meet her family members, including her daughter Mubashira Sheikh and sister-in-law Mehr-un-Nisa Maneka.

The reports said that the family meeting was also held in the conference room, where discussions were held on her health and other family matters. After the meeting concluded, Bushra Bibi’s relatives left the jail premises.

Last week, prison authorities had granted permission for Bushra Bibi’s family to meet her, but the meeting could not take place as her relatives did not arrive.
