Shabbir Ahmad, a devoted husband, donated 60% of his liver to his beloved wife Shinza, whose life was at risk due to a critical liver condition.
Despite his parents advising against the decision, Shabbir was determined. He even switched off his mobile phone while heading to the hospital to ensure there would be no last-minute pressure or emotional interference.
After the successful operation, Shabbir’s parents had a change of heart. Upon learning about their son's bravery and the couple’s recovery, they expressed their pride and happiness over his selfless act.
Now, Shabbir and Shinza are recovering well and enjoying a new beginning filled with love, gratitude, and togetherness.

On March 9, a 20-year-old girl, Muqaddas, lost her life after donating part of her liver to her ailing father.
According to regional media reports, the transplant was conducted at the Gambat Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS), but the family alleges that medical negligence led to the young donor’s untimely death.
According to the victim’s relatives, doctors initially assured them that Muqaddas would recover soon, despite her worsening condition.
