A mysterious illness of continuous sneezing has afflicted a 24-year-old Turkish woman, Benazir, leaving her with an unrelenting and painful condition.
Benazir, a resident of Batman city and mother of two, began sneezing on September 18, with no signs of respite.
Benazir's family sought medical attention at a local hospital, but despite treatment, her sneezing persisted. The cause of her continous sneezing remains unknown.
"She has stopped eating and drinking due to the non-stop sneezing, and sleep has become a challenge [for her]," a relative said.
"We urge authorities to assist us in finding a solution and securing proper treatment for her," he added.

The unusual case bears resemblance to a similar incident reported three years ago in Batman city.
A 15-year-old girl was hospitalised due to continuous sneezing and later transferred to Ankara, where she successfully underwent surgery and recovered.
