Gold price falls Rs700 per tola in Pakistan

Gold prices saw a drop in Pakistan on Monday in line with the downward trend observed in the international market.
According to data released by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the local price of gold per tola dropped by Rs700, settling at Rs362,300.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold fell by Rs600, reaching Rs310,613.
This follows Saturday’s increase, when the gold price per tola rose by Rs1,500 to close at Rs363,000.
Internationally, gold prices also registered a decline on Monday. The global rate stood at $3,414 per ounce, including a premium of $20, marking an $18 decrease.
In contrast, silver prices remained unchanged in the domestic market, with the per tola rate steady at Rs3,787.
