Gold prices fall by Rs4,300 per tola in Pakistan as global rates decline

Gold prices fell in the local market on Tuesday, tracking losses in the international market, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of gold dropped by Rs4,300 per tola to Rs427,436, while the price of 10 grams declined by Rs3,687 to Rs366,457.

A day earlier, gold had gained Rs4,000 per tola, reaching Rs431,736.

In the international market, gold prices fell by $43 to $4,050 per ounce, including a premium of $20.

Silver prices also declined, with the price per tola dropping by Rs174 to Rs6,223.
