Hina Dilpazeer is younger than me but agreed to play my mother in Bulbulay, reveals Nabeel

Renowned actor Nabeel Zafar disclosed that veteran actress Hina Dilpazeer, known for her iconic portrayal of Momo in Bulbulay, is actually a few years younger than him.

Despite this, she enthusiastically agreed to take on the role of his mother in the beloved sitcom series.

He revealed that with over 700 episodes, the creators of Bulbulay consistently strive to present fresh storylines from diverse perspectives in each episode, which is a challenging endeavor.

When asked about the future of the sitcom, he expressed confidence in its longevity.

The Sar-e-Rah star revealed that he has a stockpile of story ideas and plans to introduce new characters as needed, ensuring that the series remains fresh and engaging for years to come.

He proudly mentioned that despite being a long-running series, Bulbulay continues to boast impressive ratings, with episodes airing three times daily.

Nabeel attributed the success of the drama to the entire team, emphasising the continuity of the crew and cast from the very first episode.

“The spot boy, technicians, and cameraman who worked on our first episode are still part of the crew, and the cast remains unchanged,” he said.

Discussing how he assembled the cast for the series during its early stage, Nabeel revealed that he approached Hina Dilpazeer, saying, “I told her although you're a few years younger than me, I want you to play my mother's role and she readily agreed.”
