Lollywood diva Mahira Khan revealed that she sustained an injury that had her relying on a walking stick and wheelchair.
Over the past few days, images of Mahira Khan had been circulating widely on social media. The photos showed her using a walking stick and, on some occasions, a wheelchair when she attended a film festival in Saudi Arabia.
Khan's inability to walk on her own and relying on mobility aids sparked concerns about her well-being among her fans.
Recently, 'The Legend of Maula Jatt' star took to Instagram, the photo and video sharing platform, to share a story about her injury and how she filmed a brand photoshoot while recovering from the injury.
She also revealed the reason behind her limited mobility for the past few days.
Mahira suffered an injury that caused her significant discomfort.
“This was my first shoot, my first since my foot injury (three fractures in my right foot to be precise. I couldn’t move much and I was hating it,” her caption read on her Instagram story.
Despite a painful foot injury, the 'Humsafar' actor expressed her gratitude for the supportive and understanding crew she worked with during the shoot. They made her feel at ease throughout the shoot.
Khan appears to have recovered from her recent injury.
Despite the limitations of her foot injury, she carried herself with poise and an ethereal beauty during the brand photoshoot.
She shared glimpses of the photoshoot on her Instagram, dressed in embellished traditional attires.
Earlier, a viral video showed the actress, sporting a leg cast, receiving assistance while standing up from a wheelchair while attending the red carpet at a film festival in Saudi Arabia.
On another occasion, she was spotted using a walking stick at a party hosted by her friend Nina Kashif.
Mahira’s fans were dismayed by an Instagram picture showing Mahira Khan standing alongside her friend Neena Kashif, leaning on a 'walking stick.'
