Bollywood actress Tamannaah Bhatia has finally addressed long-standing rumours linking her to former Pakistani cricketer Abdul Razzaq and Indian cricket star Virat Kohli, calling the speculations absurd and a product of pure social media fiction.

The actress, known for her roles in films across multiple Indian languages, responded with humour and disbelief to rumours that she had secretly married Abdul Razzaq.

The speculation stemmed from an old photograph of the two at a jewellery store inauguration event, which went viral on social media years ago, fueling unfounded claims of a romantic relationship.

Speaking candidly in a recent interview, Tamannaah laughed off the rumours and said, "Social media is really an entertainment platform; these were the most absurd things."

Reacting to reports that claimed she had secretly married the Pakistani cricketer, Tamannaah said with a smile, “According to the news circulating on the internet, I was even briefly married to Abdul Razzaq. I am sorry sir, you may have children, but I don't know, this was so embarassing!”

The Bahubali star clarified that she and Abdul Razzaq had just a single meeting at an inauguration of a jewellery store, adding “There was no connection before or after. We did not even have any contact; people make up stories themselves.”

In the same interview, the actress also addressed past rumours about her alleged relationship with Indian cricketer Virat Kohli. She stated clearly that there was no personal relationship, saying, “I met him only for one day. After the shoot, there was no talk or meeting.”
