A California couple, Kayla Barnes-Lentz and Warren Lentz, are taking extreme measures to ensure they live a healthy life together until they reach the age of 150.
To achieve this ambitious goal, they have incorporated a rigorous daily routine into their lifestyle, spending millions of dollars annually.
The 33-year-old woman has always been fervent about her health, even before meeting her 36-year-old husband.
"I don't want to live forever, but I want to live as long as possible with my husband," she said.
Kayla's aim is to reach 120 years, but her primary focus is on maintaining optimal health and longevity.
Their day begins with morning exercise, followed by Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEFM) in the comfort of their own home.
“Warren wakes up a little earlier than I do, but we both prioritise our morning workouts and getting sun as soon as it peaks up.
“Other morning activities that we do together are PEMF or Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy. We have a clinical-grade device in our home that we use in the mornings together.”
They also utilise a hyperbaric chamber, which helps increase oxygen intake in the lungs, every afternoon.
“It only fits one person at a time so we alternate it,” she added.
“In the evenings, we have an early organic dinner together. I cook our meals at home, and we typically eat around 5:30 pm. After dinner, we go for another walk.
“Then, we do a sauna session to start our wind-down routine. Red lights go on in our house at sunset. We are in bed by 9pm every night.”
This disciplined approach extends to their future plans for children.
“We will try and simplify their lives and focus on no screen time, playing outdoors, getting dirty, being in nature and the sun,” she concluded.
