Five terrorists killed in Panjgur IBO

Security forces killed five terrorists during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Killi Suran, Panjgur, under Operation Raddul Fitna 3, according to security officials.

The operation was launched after intelligence indicated that militants were moving in the area and allegedly planning an attack. 

Security forces said five terrorists were killed during the operation, while several others were wounded.

They said the killed terrorists were allegedly involved in robbery, extortion, kidnapping for ransom, targeted killings and attacks in Panjgur and adjoining areas.

Security forces said operations under Raddul Fitna 3 would continue to counter militant threats and restore security in Balochistan.

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi commended the security forces for thwarting what he described as the “nefarious designs” of terrorists affiliated with Fitna-al-Hindustan. He praised the operation and said the nation remained united against terrorism.
