Imran Khan undergoes brief eye procedure at PIMS Islamabad

Information minister Attaullah Tarar have confirmed that PTI chairman Imran Khan underwent a medical procedure for his eye last week at PIMS Islamabad. 

According to Tarar, he was taken to the hospital late last Saturday night on recommendation of eye specialists after being examined inside the jail.

Moreover, it was reported that further examinations were conducted at PIMS, and with Khan’s written consent, a 20-minute procedure was performed to address the eye issue. 

Meanwhile, PTI and other news outlets have highlighted concerns over Khan’s eye health, with party leaders demanding clearer information on the condition of his eye and family access to him. However, authorities have not officially provided any detail on his medical condition beyond the brief hospital visit.
