Karachi police officer suspended for showering money at Qawwali night

A video featuring Raja Khalid, a police officer posted at Pak Colony Police Station, has gone viral on social media, showing him showering cash during a qawwali night event.

Following the video's circulation, senior officials took notice of the incident and ordered an inquiry into the matter.

Raja Khalid has been suspended pending investigation.

Sources claim the money being thrown in the video amounted to Rs 6.5 million, allegedly recovered during a raid.
