Karachi is likely to experience heavy downpours with thunderstorms during or immediately after the Eid-ul-Fitr holidays, according to weather analyst Jawad Memon.

In a video shared on his YouTuber channel, the weatherman said that a powerful rain system is expected to enter Pakistan on April 13 or 14, causing heavy rain and thunderstorms in the port city.

"Heavy downpours will lash the country from Karachi to Karachi, he added.

The forecast suggested that Karachi will have normal weather conditions during the ongoing spring season, with temperatures ranging between 32 to 35 degrees Celsius.

The sea breeze blowing in the port city will help maintain comfortable temperature levels.

According to Memon, 'unusual' heavy rains are expected in Pakistan in the month of April.

However, the existing system in Pakistan will bring more rain to Punjab, Balochistan, and some areas of Sindh, but there are no forecasts for rain in Karachi.
