Over 330 delegations from 55 countries invited for IDEAs 2024

Over 330 delegations from 55 countries a are expected to participate in the 12th International Defence Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS), starting from Novmeber 16.
Director Coordination Brigadier Ali Adil, accompanied by Director Media Commodore Aitzaz Khalid, briefed about administrative work for the four-day-long exhibition.
“Types of Defense equipment are being prepared in Pakistan, and we will present locally made modern products in the exhibition," he said, adding, "This exhibition would pave the way for B2B and B2G ties with and among the participants,” Brigadier Adil added.
“As many as 330 delegations from 55 countries have been invited to the exhibition, which will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif,” he explained.
The authorities allotted halls no 1, 2, and 3 to the foreign visitors and the friendly country China was allotted a complete hall for their exhibitions.
Ahead of the said biggest exhibition, a traffic plan was revealed to the public, stating that Sir Sulaiman Road “will be fully closed for 12 hours from 7 AM to 7 PM,” and Hasan Square Road will be closed from the point where it intersects with Stadium Road.
The event will be wrap up with an air show at Sea Views Nishan-e-Haider Park.
Pakistan began the greatest defence exhibition in 2000, which gives a platform to all of the world to display their defence equipment before the world.
