Following the week-long hot weather forecast, the Pakistan Meteorologist Department (PMD) has predicted ease for Karachiites with declining temperatures from October 27.
Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfaraz believed that the winter waves entered the country as “mercury has gone down in Islamabad and northern area,” where the weather was witnessed cooler than previous days.
He said that the restoration of the sea breeze caused a transformation in the temperature of Karachi, which is expected to decline by the end of October.
Moreover, there were fewer chances of rain in the country during October and November.
There would not be a more intensive winter wave in Pakistan, according to prediction.
Meanwhile, in a short-term prediction, the Met office stated that the weather will remain hot and dry in Karachi for 24 hours.
The daytime temperature is anticipated to go from 37°C to 38°C, while the winds are blowing from the north direction with a 78 percent humidity level.
Earlier, the met department had predicted above-normal hot weather for 5-6 days in port city.
