Awami National Party workers reportedly attacked Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and former MNA Fazal Muhammad Khan on the Peshawar High Court premises during the hearing of the contempt case against Aimal Wali Khan.
In a video, the crowd, reportedly workers of ANP, can be seen attacking the PTI leader, who was the applicant in the contempt case against Aimal Wali Khan.
Earlier in the day, the Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court was enraged by the commotion caused by the workers of Awami National Party (ANP) during the appearance of their provincial president Aimal Wali Khan, and left the hearing to go to his chamber.
The hearing was scheduled for today at the Peshawar High Court on a petition against Aimal Wali Khan for contempt of court.
When Aimal Wali Khan arrived for the hearing, the courtroom was crowded and there was a lot of noise outside. The hearing was disrupted by the chaos and the Chief Justice asked them to be quiet or he would not hear the case.
The Chief Justice ordered the security DSP to normalize the situation and then he would hear the case, and got up and went to his chamber.
