A Sindh High Court (SHC) judge was astonished by a transaction of Rs1 million made to a beggar's bank account in Hyderabad.

The court granted bail to a bank manager who was accused of transferring the said amount into the beggar's account.

 “You don’t even leave beggars, have you opened a begger’s account,” SHC expressed wonder over the existence of a beggar’s bank account sith stagegering deposit .

The court inquired whether the accused bank manager received the amount and how much money was in his account.

Defence counsel responded to the court that the bank manager was not involved in the transaction of the amount in the beggar’s account, the money was credited to the woman Ayesha’s account.

He said Zeeshan's mobile number was used in the fraud, and the money was transferred to the account of the female accused Ayesha. 

He said that the FIA ​​investigation is underway, and it is interrogating others as well.

“The bank manager just shared the account details of the beggar to the insurance company,” he added.

Following inquiring regarding sharing or leaking information from the bank, the court granted bail to the manager after ordering him to submit surety bonds worth Rs200,000.
