Sindh announces public holiday in educational institutions on account of Shab-e-Barat

The Sindh School Education Department anounced holiday on the occasion of Shab-e-Barat in educational institutions on February 4, 2026.

In this regard, the Sindh School Education Department has issued a notification, which will apply to both government and private schools.

It should be noted that on Shab-e-Barat, Muslims around the world, including Pakistan, will engage in worship and Salat-ul Tasbeeh prayers will be offered in mosques.
