PIA flight makes emergency landing in Saudi Arabia following technical alert

An Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) en route from Jeddah to Lahore made an emergency landing at Saudi Airport after a technical error occurred, mid-air.
The technical error triggered the passengers and created a panic situation in the plane. According to a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) spokesperson, flight PK-860, which was due to arrive at Lahore Airport at 8:00 pm, was diverted to King Fahd International Airport in Dammam after a technical fault was detected.
The aircraft was carrying 381 passengers at the time.
The pilot safely executed an emergency landing at Dammam Airport, triggering standard emergency procedures.
During the process, oxygen masks automatically deployed inside the cabin, and all passengers were evacuated safely shortly after landing.
