PSL 11 likely to be held in April-May next year

The Pakistan Super League’s (PSL) 11th edition is expected to take place in April and May next year, following an agreement reached between the league’s management and franchise owners during a meeting held in Lahore.

According to sources, the meeting was attended by representatives of all franchises along with PSL officials. The participants discussed a range of matters, including player management, potential venues, scheduling options, and the available window for the tournament.

The board also shared a preliminary plan with team owners regarding the inclusion of two new franchises in the upcoming seasons, marking a possible expansion of the league. Moreover, franchise representatives received a detailed briefing on the title sponsorship deal and its terms.

It was agreed that further discussions on logistical and operational matters would be conducted in follow-up meetings. Franchise owners were also assured that they would be informed about the updated valuation and financial model by next week.
