Netanyahu warns of new strikes on Iran, tells Tehran citizens to 'get out'

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has issued a warning to the residents of Tehran, urging them to "get out".

Speaking at the Tel Nof Air Force Base alongside the defense minister and chief of staff, he said that Israel has two primary objectives in Iran: "to eliminate the nuclear threat and the missile threat."

His remarks came during a visit to the base, located south of Tel Aviv. Overnight, Israeli forces carried out strikes on several nuclear facilities in Iran.

He is repeating tactics similar to those used by Israel in Gaza, where civilians were told to evacuate ahead of strikes on residential areas.

Separately, Israeli President Isaac Herzog also addressed the public this afternoon during a visit to Petah Tikva, the site of a recent missile strike in central Israel that left four people dead.

Speaking in front of a damaged building, Herzog declared that the time had come for regime change in Iran.
