Gold price falls Rs5,600 per tola in Pakistan

Gold prices dropped in the local market on Tuesday, tracking losses in the international market, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of gold fell by Rs5,600 per tola to Rs424,136 in the local market. Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of gold declined by Rs4,801 to Rs363,628.

A day earlier, the price of gold had fallen by Rs3,800 per tola, settling at Rs429,736.

In the international market, gold prices dropped by $56 to $4,017 per ounce, including a premium of $20.

Silver prices also moved lower, with the price per tola falling by Rs50 to Rs6,289.
