Gold prices remain steady across Pakistan

The prices of gold remained constant both internationally and domestically on Thursday, whereas silver prices continued their upward trend, as indicated by market data.
Gold maintained its position in the bullion market trading at $5,058 an ounce, unchanged for the session.
Likewise, in the local market, the value of gold per tola was kept unchanged, aggregating Rs528,562. Moreover, the value of 10 grams of gold remained unchanged at Rs453,156.
However, silver recorded further increases. For silver, the price per tola was seen rising by Rs90 to value Rs8,825, while the exchange rate for 10 grams was up by Rs78 to value Rs7,566.
Spot gold declined by 0.5 percent to trade at $5,055.24 per ounce by 0642 GMT. It rose over 1 percent on Wednesday.
The April-dated US futures for gold declined by 0.4%. They settled at $5,077.30
Spot silver declined by 0.6% to $83.49 per ounce, tracking its gain of 4% on Wednesday.
