Gold prices rise by Rs500 per tola in Pakistan

On Thursday, the price of 24-karat gold rose by Rs500.

In the local market, according to All Pakistan gems and jwellers, the price of 24 karat gold rose by Rs500, reaching Rs443,562 per tola.

Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs428, settling at Rs380,282.

On the International level, the price of gold was up by $5 to reach $4,212 per ounce (with a premium of $20).

However, the price of silver increased by Rs85 to reach Rs6,452 per tola.
