Celebrities mourned the untimely death of actress and model Humaira Asghar, whose decomposed body was discovered in her Karachi apartment on Tuesday. The incident prompted many to stress the importance of regularly checking in on friends and loved ones, especially during difficult times.

The body of Humaira Asghar Ali, estimated to be between 15 and 20 days old, was recovered from her flat located in Ittehad Commercial Area, Defence Phase 6.

The police arrived at her home at around 3:15 pm to enforce a court order to vacate the apartment. When repeated knocks went unanswered, they broke the door and found her body lying on the floor.

Police officials confirmed that the actress had been living alone in the flat for the past seven years. Forensic evidence was collected from the scene, and her body has been sent for postmortem examination.
