Feroze Khan faces criticism after heated encounter with female journalist

Renowned actor Feroze Khan had a heated exchange with a female journalist who called him out for arriving over two hours late to a press conference. However, his indifferent response did not sit well with many social media users after a video of the incident went viral.

The video showed journalist Ambreen Fatima confronting Feroze Khan, stating that the media was invited to the event at 3 pm, but the actor himself arrived more than two hours late, prompting several media channels to leave without coverage.

"Feroze Khan has arrived 2.5 hours late," Fatima said, addressing him from the audience while he listened from the stage.

When she remarked that "the media makes actors stars," Feroze interrupted, asserting that it is the fans, not the media, who elevate someone to stardom.

"Does the media make stars? The media has been against me for the last three years," he responded, drawing cheers from some attendees.

As the journalist continued her criticism, Feroze sarcastically interrupted again, saying, "Garam pani nahi araha tha ghar par" [There was no hot water at home], which sparked laughter and applause from the audience.

"This is not a joke," the journalist countered, stressing that making people wait for hours was unprofessional. Feroze then claimed he was serious and suggested she confirm his excuse with his manager.

His dismissive attitude drew criticism online, with many accusing him of refusing to acknowledge his mistake and behaving disrespectfully toward the journalist.
