Gohar and Kubra to tie the knot next month

After much speculation, the marriage of two of Pakistan's entertainment industry's finest stars, Gohar Rasheed and Kubra Khan, has been confirmed, with the duo set to tie the knot next month.

According to reports, preparations for their nuptial festivities are in full swing, with a star-studded wedding ceremony scheduled to take place in Karachi on February 22.

In an earlier video, Gohar shared a gathering of friends with the caption "Bismillah" and wrote "warming up," which led many to believe that preparations for his wedding were underway.

Amid rumors of his wedding to Kubra, Rasheed added to the intrigue by sharing a clip featuring several celebrities, including Ali Rehman, Ushna Shah, Umer Alam, Momal Sheikh, Shazia Wajahat, and Kubra Khan, all gathered at his home for a lively dance rehearsal.

What caught the most attention was the hashtag accompanying the post, “mere yaar ki shaadi hai,” suggesting that Gohar may be preparing for a friend's wedding, rather than his own.

This led to further questions, if it’s not Kubra or Gohar, then who is the groom? And if it is Kubra’s wedding, why the confusion?

Some social media users even congratulated Gohar Rasheed and Kubra Khan on their “upcoming wedding.”

In a previous interview, when Gohar Rasheed was asked about Kubra, he addressed the rumours there was nothing romantic between them. "Kubra is like family to me; not every close relationship leads to marriage," he clarified during various interviews.
