Looking for jobs abroad? Govt launches Parwaaz Card portal

The Parwaaz Card Job Seeker Portal is now live, enabling Pakistanis to search and apply online for overseas employment opportunities.

The portal, operated through the Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF), connects job seekers with overseas vacancies offered through registered Overseas Employment Promoters (OEPs).

According to the official Parwaaz Card website, applicants can browse available vacancies and apply for positions based on their skills and experience.

Several vacancies are currently listed in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Kyrgyzstan, covering sectors including transport, construction, textiles and oil and gas.

Some of the listed positions offer salaries of up to AED 4,500 per month, depending on the job.

Jobs listed on the portal

The portal currently includes 100 Light Vehicle Driver positions in the UAE, with a listed salary of AED 4,500 per month. The application deadline is October 30, 2026.

There are also 15 Sewing Machine Operator vacancies in Kyrgyzstan, offering a listed salary of KGS 39,353. Applications for these positions are open until December 3, 2026.

In Saudi Arabia, the portal lists 80 Oil and Gas Well Lining Worker positions, with a salary of SAR 1,200 and an application deadline of December 6, 2026.

Another listing includes 77 Helper and Unskilled Labour positions in the UAE, offering AED 1,400 per month. The deadline for these vacancies is November 26, 2026.

Together, these listings account for more than 270 vacancies.

Job seekers can visit the official Parwaaz Card Job Seeker Portal and open the jobs section to view available overseas vacancies.

Each listing provides information including the job title, number of positions, country, salary, posting date and application deadline.

Applicants can select a vacancy matching their qualifications and experience and review its requirements before selecting the “Apply Now” option.

They may need to register or sign in as an applicant before completing the online application. Candidates should provide the requested information and follow the instructions displayed on the portal.

Applicants are advised to carefully check the job requirements, salary, destination, number of vacancies and closing date before applying.
