“I hate Nauman Ejaz, ” says Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar

Renowned screenwriter Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar, known for his controversial statements, has expressed his strong displeasure towards actor Nauman Ejaz, whom he described as a "wicked man."

In a recent interview, Qamar was asked about the person he dislikes the most in his life, to which he named Nauman Ejaz. 

The Meray Paas Tum Ho writer did not elaborate on the reasons for his disdain, but only stating, "He deserves it."

When the host pressed him for more details on why he harbors such negative feelings towards Ejaz, Qamar replied, "Time will prove everything. I am not someone who hates everyone, but I say this with a hand on my heart, I hate this man."

When questioned about why he cast Ejaz in a drama and gave him a lead role despite his personal feelings, the Pyarey Afzal scriptwriter explained, "Because the role was wicked, and he knew very well how to play a wicked person, being one himself."

Qamar acknowledged and appreciated Ejaz's acting skills but insisted, "He is not an upright human in person."

Previously, Nauman Ejaz has also expressed negative sentiments about Qamar. 

In an old interview currently circulating on social media, Ejaz criticised Qamar, saying, "He is mentally sick, I feel sorry for him."

Qamar has previously targeted other actors in the industry too. He notably criticised Mahira Khan and vowed not to collaborate with her on any future projects.
