Ahsan Khan fondly reminisced about his first for Umrah sojourn, which is a profoundly spiritual journey for every Muslim that left him emotionally overwhelmed, a sentiment that still echoes within him.

In a recent podcast, he candidly shared his experience of Umrah journey, expressing his commitment to making the pilgrimage once a year.

Recalling his first Umrah with his mother, the ‘Udaari’ actor said, "I lack the words to truly express that experience.”

Reflecting on the profound experience at the holy site, Ahsan shared that, contrary to the common reaction of people shedding tears upon first sight of the Kaaba, he found himself “continuously smiling throughout the journey.” He explained, "It's the center of everything; your love, life, everything belongs there. While many say tears flow at the first glimpse of the Kaaba, I didn't cry, but my heart was overwhelmed with happiness."

"It's a place you never want to leave,” he added,

The ‘Dastaan’ actor stated that he still relives the journey, which leaves an indelible impression on one's life.

"Anything one desires, be it fame or anything else, its charm will linger for a particular period and then fade away. However, the special feeling of that pure journey stays with you for life," Ahsan affectionately remarked.

In response to criticism about the Ramzan Transmission, Ahsan expressed gratitude for being blessed with such a wonderful opportunity.

"It was such a blessing for me that I uttered Allah’s name many times during the six hours of transmission," he noted. "God wrote this in my fate," he added.

In a previous interview, the ‘Fraud’ actor was asked about his experience as a Ramzan transmission host and the challenges he faced amidst the show’s demanding schedule.

Expressing his enjoyment in hosting the Ramadan show, Ahsan said, "My family is deeply religious and my parents have fostered respect for this month since my childhood."

Despite his primary focus on acting, films, and TV, Ahsan Khan never anticipated hosting a Ramazan transmission.

He mentioned that Ramazan transmissions were a valuable resource for learning about his faith, stating, "I take the teachings given by the religious scholars during the show seriously."
