Bushra Bibi’s medical records reveal details of eye condition

ISLAMABAD, August 17: The medical history of Bushra Bibi has been unveiled by the report carried out by ARY News. The reports highlight the medical history of her eye disease that she suffered at the start of this year.

As per the medical record, Bushra Bibi complained of blurred vision and a black spot in her right eye on March 28, 2026.

Bushra Bibi was diagnosed with bullous retinal detachment on April 15. She was advised to undergo immediate eye surgery which includes pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) along with laser and oil insertion.

The medical record shows that the medical condition of Bushra Bibi after her eye surgery was stable. On April 18, it was found that her retina was attached.

In the follow-up examination performed on April 28, it was found that her retina was attached whereas laser marks were evident. Her eye condition was stable.

As per the medical records, in the follow-up examination conducted on May 19, it was found that her retina was flat. The condition of her eyes remained stable.

Support chair was recommended to her on June 20 owing to eye and neck pain.
