Veteran actress Bushra Ansari reminisced about Karachi's old aura, describing it as a very modern city with civlised atmosphere. 

In a recent interview, Bushra Ansari recounted her experiences of Karachi in the 1970s. She fondly shed light on the city's vibrant culture and the sense of security, which made it a delightful place to live.

The Tere Bin actor shared that she went to clubs with her ex-husband, their one-and-a-half-year-old daughter, and industry colleagues, saying that back then, the city offered a sense of freedom, with far fewer limitations.

She also spoke about balancing her acting career with family life. 

Bushra Ansari went on to say that there was not much work available on PTV at the beginning of her acting career, which meant she focused more on her family life and poured a lot of time and love into raising her children.

The Jawani Phir Nahi Aani star revealed that she was an independent woman who earned more than her spouse and credited her success in the industry to the opportunities she received and expressed gratitude to the directors who cast her in exceptional scripts.

She also revealed that she parted ways with Iqbal Ansari after their two daughters were married.

Speaking about her second marriage, Bushra explained that it happened unexpectedly, something she had not anticipated, but ultimately accepted as God's will.
