Lollywood queen Mehwish Hayat and Indian rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh's music video for "Jatt Mahkma" was released on Friday, quickly racking up 1.1 million views in just five hours.

Hayat, portraying a mobster's wife or girlfriend, stunned in a black dress with pearls, while Singh shone in a fur coat and striped suit.

The video, written and directed by Singh, showed the pair arriving at a lavish home with a group of gangsters. After leaving the party, their convoy was stopped by armed men, leading to a chaotic scene where Hayat, channeling a 1920s gangster, pulled out a revolver.

The action escalated as armed children appear and opened fire, before Singh pulled Hayat back into the car, while their crew, dubbed "YoYo's Blood Brothers," laughed.

Mehwish Hayat and Honey Singh teamed up for the song "Jit Mukhma," under the banner of the Indian music label T-Series. The track is part of Singh's latest album, Glory, and the teaser for the song was recently unveiled.

This collaboration marks Hayat’s debut in the Indian music industry, although she has previously worked on international projects, including an American web series.

In April 2024, Hayat revealed she would soon appear in a song with Singh, following viral images of the pair meeting in Dubai earlier in the year. Despite facing criticism for the collaboration, Hayat confirmed her collaboration with the Indian artist.
