Pakistani famous singer Muhammad Ashraf, commonly known as Malkoo, who is famous for his song 'Nak Da Koka', has been banned from performing in Britain for 10 years due to immigration act violations.

The British government banned Malkoo after his latest performances in three cities in Britain without getting a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

The singer also breached the contract by singing his Punjabi song "Nak da Koka" in a concert.

After these violations, the British government banned Malkoo from performing in the country for 10 years.

Last year, Malkoo rebutted the rumours of his arrest in Sargodha’s Lok Mela after performing on the “Qaidi No 804” song.

A video along with the headlines circulated on social media two days back in which it was quoted that a singer, Malkoo was arrested while he performed the song “Qaidi No 804,” directly referencing the arrest of former prime minister Imran Khan, in Sargodha.
