'Chicken biryani, karak chai:' Onijah Robinson revelas her favorite Pakistani food

Onijah Robinson, a 33-year-old American woman, who came to Pakistan in search of an online love interest is also a big fan of Pakistani food. She expressed deep affection for Pakistanis after experiencing respectful and warm treatment during her visit. 

In a recent interview, Onijah expressed her profound love for the country, describing Pakistan as more than just a destination.

“I love you, you guys are genorous. I miss you and I am always here in your heart,” she said in her message to Pakistanis.

A true food enthusiast, Onijah expressed her love for Pakistani cuisine, saying she enjoys spicy food—especially Pakistani dishes. “Chicken biryani is my favorite dish,” she said, adding that egg paratha and chicken qeema are also among her top picks.

“I like both mild flavors and spicy foods,” she noted, praising the diversity of taste in local dishes.

Onijah also revealed that she became a chai lover during her time in Karachi. Recalling her favorite, she said, “I loved the dark, strong ‘karak chai’ I had in Karachi.”

Earlier, Onijah shared a photo of herself and Mahira at Love Guru premiere, where she wore a white-and-pink outfit and Mahira stunned in a sleek, elegant dress.

In a witty caption, Onijah wrote, “Showed up to the Love Guru premiere. They thought Mahira was the star. Plot twist: I’m the sequel.”
