French ambassador praises Gen Asim Munir, Naqvi for Middle East peace role

French Ambassador to Pakistan Nicolas Galle has praised Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts for promoting peace and stability in the Middle East, saying the country’s role is important for reducing tensions and achieving lasting peace in the region.

Speaking about Pakistan’s recent diplomatic initiatives, Nicolas Galle said the efforts of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi were commendable.

The French ambassador acknowledged that Pakistan had played an important diplomatic role in efforts aimed at promoting peace and stability in the Middle East. He said Pakistan’s diplomatic engagement was significant in helping reduce tensions in the region.

According to Nicolas Galle, the current ceasefire between the United States and Iran is also evidence of the importance of diplomatic efforts to de-escalate tensions and prevent further conflict.

He said France valued Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts for peace and recognized the country’s contribution towards promoting stability in the region.

The French ambassador stressed that Pakistan’s role was particularly important at a time when regional tensions required sustained diplomatic engagement and dialogue.
