Pakistani celebrities exercised their right to vote on the crucial day of the general elections today on February 8, by stamping their ballots and actively encouraging their followers to do the same.

Osman Khalid Butt encouraged voters to memorise essential information received via text on 8300.

Atiqa Odho exercised her voting right alongside her family, sharing a delightful picture on Instagram.

Hina Khwaja Bayat shared a video post-vote and urged people to head to polling stations early.  She expressed concern that some stations might deliberately delay voting to suppress turnout.

Bushra Ansari informed her workplace that she would be late to her shoot emphasising her commitment to vote first. The actress also prayed for the betterment of Pakistan.

Mariyam Nafees and her husband Amaan Ahmed both actively participated in voting. Mariyam also shared a compelling video urging women to engage in the democratic process.

Ayeza Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Usama Khan, Mawra Hocane and Bilal Maqsood shared their videos and selfies on their social media accounts to raise awareness about the importance of voting in today's election.
