Rumours about Naseebo Lal giving birth to baby boy not true

Veteran Punjabi singer Naseebo Lal made headlines after several social media pages spread rumours claiming that she had given birth to a baby boy at the age of 56. However, the singer has now dismissed such reports.

Multiple posts circulating online featured a photo of Naseebo Lal and her husband holding a baby, falsely claiming that the couple had welcomed a son. The rumour quickly gained traction and was widely shared without any verification.

The speculation continued to circulate on social media until Naseebo Lal addressed the matter herself. Taking to her official Facebook account, the singer shared a story that read: “Stay away from fake news.”

She clarified that she has become a grandmother, as her son Murad recently welcomed a baby.

Several social media users who personally know Naseebo Lal also confirmed that the rumours were false and that it was her son who had welcomed a newborn after his marriage.
