“Surah Rehman was my cure for cancer,” says Nauman Ejaz, reflecting on his battle with cancer

Naumaan Ejaz has opened up about being diagnosed with cancer in June 2024, revealing that he underwent surgery during what he described as an incredibly difficult period of his life.

He revealed on a private podcast that he was diagnosed with cancer in June 2024. He said he had a tumor near his ear and lymphoma in his stomach. The tumor near his ear was surgically removed, while he said the lymphoma later no longer appeared on scans before he was due to begin chemotherapy.

The veteran actor shared that he began regularly reciting Surah Ar-Rahman and, after surgery, was relieved to learn that he would not require chemotherapy. 

“Surah Rehman was my cure for cancer,” says Nauman Ejaz, reflecting on his battle with cancer.

Nauman Ejaz shared that a friend recommended he should recite Surah Rehman daily after he was diagnosed with cancer in 2024. 

He said he has continued reciting it every day since then and believes it played an important role in his recovery.
