Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers reached D Chowk in Islamabad after encountering shelling and roadblocks at various places.

Videos on social media showed protesters standing on containers that were placed to block their entry into the red zone.

Journalists and reporters on the ground stated that the police and paramilitary forces withdrew from their positions after PTI workers outnumbered them.

Despite Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi's strict order to law enforcement to arrest anyone forcing their way to D-Chowk, demonstrators overcame roadblocks and police deterrence to enter Islamabad's red zone.

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s wife, Bushra Bibi, urged supporters to refrain from believing any information unless it comes directly from Imran Khan himself.

"Do not trust anyone until Imran Khan himself shows up in public," she said.

Bushra Bibi addressed PTI supporters in Islamabad, encouraging them to continue their march toward D-Chowk.

After a series of violent clashes, PTI protesters entered the capital, passing through the Zero Point area under the leadership of former Prime Minister Imran Khan's wife, Bushra Bibi.

Despite PTI founder Imran Khan’s support for an alternative location for the protest, Bushra Bibi refused to accept.

Bushra Bibi said that some conspiratorial elements want to stop us at another location instead of D-Chowk. She maintained that Imran Khan asked her to go to D-Chowk in any case, adding that the workers are not happy with any negotiation decision less than D-Chowk.
